There are three Bodyclock models to suit individual needs. All three help regulate your sleep/wake pattern with the same basic functions:

• The Lumie Bodyclock Advanced (as well as the other bodyclocks) has an optional back-up beeper for reassurance that you will wake up - most people disable this after a few days
